Paul Winnick is President of Swerling Milton Winnick, New England’s largest public insurance adjusting firm. Licensed as a public adjuster since 1976, Paul started at SMW in an entry-level position and served in multiple roles while climbing the ranks. In his work throughout the United States and the Caribbean, Paul has successfully refined SMW’s distinctive approach of processing claims to each client’s complete satisfaction. His clients benefit from the strong relationships he has built with insurance companies, their property adjusters, consultants and lawyers. The common trust and respect he has established between these professionals is at the cornerstone of both Paul’s and the firm’s continued success. His focus on bottom-line results keeps claims moving forward for both clients and the insurance companies alike. Paul ensures that clients understand without hesitation that SMW is always advocating for them and are protecting their interests. Paul attended the Boston University School of Management and is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. Additionally, Paul is involved with several charitable organizations.
