Diane Swerling

Diane Swerling is a Principal and Vice President at Swerling Milton Winnick, New England’s largest public insurance adjusting firm. Along with her sister, Dayle Swerling Burke, Diane represents the 4th-generation of her family to serve SMW in a leadership position. Diane’s day-to-day responsibilities include providing end-to-end representation to business and residential clients seeking optimal insurance claim recovery after property losses. She is a former President of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. Her experience handling complex property losses includes helping business and residential clients recover after property losses due to fires, floods, natural disasters and other damaging events. Diane has particular expertise in claims involving condominium associations and commercial policies. Diane has a B.A. from the University of Arizona, and regularly presents on insurance-related topics.
