Dayle Swerling Burke is a Principal at Swerling Milton Winnick, New England’s largest public insurance adjusting firm. Along with her sister, Diane Swerling, Dayle represents the 4th-generation of her family to serve SMW in a leadership position. With more than 30 years of experience as a public adjuster, Dayle provides expertise in detailed documenting of post-loss personal property to ensure the best possible recovery for her clients. Client relations is a particular specialty for Dayle, who devotes personalized attention to each case, investing herself beyond cataloguing items for claims optimization. Dayle recognizes that clients facing catastrophic loss are also emotionally impacted by the event, and has a well-earned reputation for handling the “human side” of claims management with empathy, patience and support. Dayle has a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University in hotel, restaurant and institutional management.
